Q: Are all recyclable containers eligible for pickup and refund?

A: No. Only empty beverage containers are eligible for pickup and refund.

Hint: If you cannot drink the content in the container, it likely does not have a refund value on it.

Q: Do you pick up from apartments and condos?

A: Yes, we are able to pick up from apartments and condos.

Q: We are a charity/non-profit, sports club, etc. and want to do a bottle drive. Can you help us?

A: Absolutely! We are able to pick up for your drives. Charities/Non-Profits receive 100% bottle refunds.

Q: Do I have to sort my bottles?

A: You are not required to sort your bottles, but you can do so if you want to.

Q: Will the bottles be counted in my presence during pickup?

A: No. The bottles are transported to and processed at our affiliate depots.

Q: How soon will I get my money?

A: Processing and payment of bottle refunds typically takes 24 to 72 hours after pickup (excluding Sundays and Statutory Holidays). However, we request clients to allow up to 7 days to receive refunds. Contact us if you do not receive your refunds after 7 days. Please note that Cheque refund option takes longer than E-transfer refund option.

Q: How do you cover your cost of operation?

A: There are no charges for the pickup. To cover our operational cost and make meaningful charitable impact in our community, we pay you a slightly less refund amount for each bottle (20₵ for bottles over 1L and 7₵ for bottles 1L or less).

Q: How can I be sure that my bottles will be counted accurately?

A: Your bags of bottles are labelled with your unique ID to separate it from other pickups. The bottles are counted and processed separately based on these IDs.
